Abstract

Outdoor equipment rental is one of the most sought-after services by mountain enthusiasts. Bolodewe Adventure, a provider of outdoor equipment rental services in Geyer District, was established in 2022, but encountered many obstacles, forcing it to stop and restart in 2024. This service business still uses a manual system for recording rental data, which causes problems such as inaccurate stock information, difficulty finding data, and errors in transactions. The purpose of this study is to develop a web- based outdoor equipment rental information system at Bolodewe Adventure. This system was built using the waterfall method, which has stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, this system is able to make it easier for renters to find existing information, improve services, simplify data management, and reduce recording errors. The test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS), this system produced a score of 81, this indicates the system has a high level of acceptance from users.
