Abstract
The rapid development of information technology encourages the creative industry to adopt digital systems to enhance operational efficiency. Y.in Creative, as a creative agency, faces challenges in project management, such as unstructured task organization, decentralized team communication, and difficulties in real-time progress monitoring. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a web-based project management system specifically tailored to the agency's operational needs using the Waterfall development method. The primary technologies employed in the development of this system are the Laravel framework and PostgreSQL as the database. The resulting system features core functionalities such as task and project management, collaborative discussion features, attachment file management, and a transparent project status monitoring dashboard for both the team and clients. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the system's functionality aligns with requirements, as well as user satisfaction testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The SUS results yielded an average score of 77.63, proving that the system is well-accepted by users. The conclusion of this study is that the developed project management system is capable of improving administrative efficiency, creating standardized workflows, and serving as an effective digital solution for the agency's operations.
