Abstract

The development of information technology opens up significant opportunities for agribusinesses to improve online market access and expand marketing reach. In Panca Tunggal Village, sales of snake fruit are still conducted manually and conventionally, limiting the information received by buyers, narrowing market reach, and resulting in suboptimal and inefficient distribution. This condition makes it difficult for farmers to reach a wider market. This study aims to design and build a snake fruit agribusiness marketplace website as a solution to these limitations. The system development used an iterative and flexible Agile method, actively involving user needs at every stage of development. The system is equipped with a marketplace feature for online product buying and selling and an analytical dashboard that provides real-time sales information, thus facilitating decision-making for both buyers and farmers. Functionality testing using the Black Box method proved that all system features functioned well according to requirements. Meanwhile, feasibility testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) produced a score of 78.87, which is included in the acceptable category. The results show that this system successfully simplifies the transaction process between farmers and buyers, increases marketing reach, and provides easy access to digital product information, while supporting the development of technology-based agribusiness in rural areas.
