Abstract
Administration at Bina Pratama Kindergarten was previously carried out manually, especially in recording tuition payments and communicating with guardians through a liaison book. The conventional approach leads to time inefficiencies, the risk of data recording errors, and difficulties in providing accurate reports. To overcome these problems, this research has designed and built a web application that integrates SPP Recording and Digital Liaison Books. This web application implements a tuition fee recording feature that is equipped with reminder notifications through integration with WhatsApp, as well as a digital Liaison Book feature to facilitate communication between teachers and guardians. As a supporting feature, this web application is able to manage the data of students, teachers, and classes, as well as provide data import and export functionality through Excel files. The development method used is Waterfall because its structured and linear approach is perfect for projects with clearly defined needs. This web application is developed using a full-stack architecture, with Laravel as the backend due to its mature MVC structure and good security, and ReactJS as the frontend to build a dynamic and responsive User Interface (UI). This combination of frameworks was chosen to improve the performance and scalability of the application through API integration. The test was conducted using Black Box Testing for functionality validation that shows all features are running successfully, as well as System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure user comfort levels. The results showed that the web application obtained an average SUS score of 75.5 from 30 respondents, which was included in the Acceptable category with a rating of "Good". This system has succeeded in helping the SPP registration process to be more structured and accurate and facilitate integrated communication for Bina Pratama Kindergarten.
