Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged various institutions, including mosques, to undergo digital transformation in managing activities and disseminating information to the community. Masjid Jami Aisyah Binti Abdul Aziz Al Musa, located in Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency, still relies on simple media such as WhatsApp groups to deliver information to congregants, resulting in limited communication reach. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a mosque portal website that serves as an integrated information center. The research employs the Waterfall system development model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through field observations and interviews with mosque administrators, then analyzed descriptively to determine the system requirements accurately. The system testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method, focusing on verifying system functionality without examining the internal code structure, to ensure that every feature such as sermon schedule management, donation system, and historical and statistical data management operates according to the needs of the congregation and produce the expected output. The results indicate that the developed website portal effectively assists administrators in managing mosque data and activities digitally, while also enabling congregants to access information, participate in activities, and make donations more transparently. These findings highlight the importance of implementing web based information systems in religious institutions to improve efficiency and accountability in mosque management.
