Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has a positive impact on society and organizations in accessing, managing, and disseminating information. One application of information technology is a website that functions as a medium for presenting information that is clear and easy to access. Currently, Paguyuban Pemuda Prasojo still records financial reports manually using books. This is risky because it can cause recording errors, reporting delays, and difficulties in data retrieval, so a digital-based financial recording system is needed. Therefore, the Prasojo Website was designed to assist Paguyuban Pemuda Prasojo in recording, managing, and presenting financial reports digitally to make them more accurate, secure, and easy to access. The system was developed using the waterfall method, Laravel as the backend framework, MySQL as the database, and React.js as the frontend. The test results have been carried out using black box testing, which shows the success of system functionality, as well as the System Usability Scale (SUS) with a score of 84, which falls into the excellent and acceptable categories, indicating that the system is acceptable to users.
