Abstract

Technological advancements have encouraged tourism industry players to improve service quality through the use of digital systems. In jeep rental services, promotions are still conducted simply through social media without providing comprehensive information. This condition makes it difficult for potential renters to obtain an overview of the available services, making the reservation process less effective. System development was carried out using the Laravel framework as a solution to increase information accessibility and improve the booking process. This research used the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System evaluation was conducted through Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Test results showed that all main features, such as user registration, jeep package selection, booking, and confirmation, functioned properly. The SUS test obtained a score of 85, indicating that the system operates very well and is easy to use.
