Abstract
The rapid pace of technology now, entrepreneurs are encouraged to use technology as a weapon to survive and win in competition that is getting stronger every day. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a business strategy and business management tool in developing sales. Ansab Hand Screen Printing is a business engaged in screen printing services in Sleman Regency. The ordering and marketing system at Ansab Hand Screen Printing is still done manually. To obtain information on screen printing service, you have to come to the location. This is inefficient and it is difficult for consumers to order from outside the city. Service and marketing improvements are needed to achieve CRM goals. In this research, a screen printing service ordering system will be created using the Laravel framework. The method used in the preparation of this study uses the waterfall approach. Testing using the SUS method obtained an average score of 76, which indicates that the system is well suited for use by Ansab Hand Screen Printing. This study resulted in a custom T-shirt screen-printing ordering system that also supports cashless payments.
