Abstract
Rahardjo Farm is a small- to medium-scale dairy farm in Boyolali Regency that still applies manual operational record-keeping, resulting in suboptimal integration of livestock data, milk production, feed management, and cattle health records. This condition potentially reduces operational efficiency and the accuracy of farm data management. This study aims to develop DairySmart, a web-based dairy farm management information system designed to improve management efficiency and data recording accuracy in dairy farming operations. The system was developed using the Prototyping method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. DairySmart provides features for livestock data management, milk production and sales recording, feed management, cattle health history tracking, and PDF-based report generation. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing, Unit Testing, and the System Usability Scale (SUS), involving 40 respondents. The results indicate that the system operates according to requirements and achieved a SUS score of 78.38, categorized as Grade B (Good), demonstrating that the system is user-friendly and effectively applicable to small- to medium-scale dairy farms through an independent digital recording approach without requiring integration with Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
