Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease that remains a public health problem in Indonesia, including in Ngawi District, which has seen an increase in cases in recent years. This situation requires an evaluation of the distribution and accessibility of health facilities in the treatment of DHF patients. This study aims to analyze the fulfillment and assess the level of accessibility of health facilities for DHF patients in Ngawi Regency using the Two-Step Floating Catchment Area (2SFCA) method based on Geographic Information System (GIS). The data used included population, 2024 DHF cases, the location of secondary health facilities, the number of hospital beds, and administrative boundaries, which were processed using ArcGIS 10.8. The results showed that the ideal number of hospital beds in Ngawi Regency was 1,125, while the actual availability was only 770, resulting in a deficit of 355 beds. The accessibility analysis produced five accessibility classes with index values ranging from 0.000000 to 0.002879. The subdistricts of Ngawi, Geneng, and Kasreman have high accessibility, while Ngrambe, Jogorogo, Sine, Kendal, and Pangkur have low accessibility. These findings indicate an uneven distribution of health facilities and insufficient hospital capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to equalize the development of 2 health facilities and improve transportation infrastructure to ensure fair and equitable access to health services for the people of Ngawi District
