Abstract
Sexual violence against children is a fundamental issue closely related to the fulfillment of children's rights and the state's responsibility to provide effective and equitable legal protection. This study aims to analyze the legal regulations for the protection of child victims of sexual violence and the role of the DP2KBP3A of Boyolali Regency in its implementation. The study used an empirical juridical legal method with a statutory and implementation approach. The results show that regulations at the regional level have not specifically regulated the protection mechanism for child victims of sexual violence. In terms of implementation, the role of DP2KBP3A has been implemented but is still focused on post-incident handling, so that improvements to regional regulations and strengthening the role of DP2KBP3A are needed so that child protection can be implemented effectively and equitably.
