Abstract
This research is motivated by the need of PK IMM leaders and cadres Siti Munjiyah FKIP UMS to have e-learning innovations that can be a tool for monitoring and evaluating learning as well as a reference source for learning materials. The purpose of this research is to implement Moodle-based e learning as a cadre learning medium in PK IMM Siti Munjiyah FKIP UMS. This study uses the ADDIE research model with a qualitative approach. The resource person for this research is the cadre and leader of PK IMM Siti Munjiyah FKIP UMS. Data was collected by interviews and observations and then analyzed descriptively. The results of this study show that the implementation of Moodle-based e-learning makes it easier for cadres and leaders to learn, both as a source of material reference and as a learning monitoring and evaluation tool. In conclusion, Moodle can be an innovation in learning media that helps learning easier and more structured at PK IMM Siti Munjiyah FKIP UMS.
