Abstract
The purpose of this research is to understand the implementation of marketing communication strategies employed by Walakea to attract consumer interest. Walakea is one of the pioneers that started the coffee shop trend in Jatisrono, Wonogiri. Walakea itself also has a spacious and comfortable place, providing a commensurate level of comfort for its customers. Marketing communication strategy is a method or tool used by business actors to promote or introduce their products by creating various innovations to meet their target market. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection methods through structured interviews. The population in this sample includes the owner of Walakea, two Walakea employees, and two Walakea visitors who have visited more than once and are located in Jatisrono. This research uses qualitative content analysis techniques.
