Abstract
This study describes the implementation of the Citizen Project in the Pancasila course at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta and its impact on students’ civic intelligence and civic skills. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis, validated by source and method triangulation. The results show that the Project Citizen stages from issue identification to reflection enhanced students’ social awareness, critical thinking, collaboration, and civic responsibility. Challenges such as limited time, group dynamics, and supervision were addressed adaptively.
