Abstract
Counseling guidance is the process of providing assistance and direction to individuals or groups to overcome problems and develop their potential, both personally, socially, academically, or career. Legal protection is an effort to protect the interests of a person or group from violations of law or arbitrary acts, by giving rights and authority regulated by law. Bullying sacrificial children are students who are the target of verbal, physical, or psychological violence that are carried out repeatedly and intentionally by one or a group of other students. The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out legal protection against bullying children according to Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Islamic Law. 2). To find out the role of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Karanganyar Counseling Institute and protection for children victims of bullying. This study uses the normative juridical approach method is a positive law inventory in the form of laws and regulations and the draft legislation. Researchers use bullying sentences regulated article 76 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection which explains that everyone is prohibited from placing, leaving, doing, asking to do, or participate in violence against children. Research Conclusions: 1). Legal legislation against bullying victims according to Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. Article 16 paragraph (1) states that: Every child has the right to receive protection from the target of persecution, torture, or imposing inhuman punishment. 2). Legal legislation against bullying victims according to Islamic law is divided into 3: a) istihza, meaning that it is mocking. b). Sakhr, which is demeaning and mocking. b). Tlmz, denounce each other, c) The Role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Karanganyar and Efforts for Bullying Sacrificial Children. The Role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Karanganyar in Prevention and Handling Bullying: 1). Anti-bullying socialization. 2). Guidance for students who are victims of bullying, help them overcome trauma and build self -confidence. 3). Strict regulations. Madrasas have a clear regulation regarding the prohibition of bullying and sanctions that will be given to the perpetrators, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all students. 4). Cooperation with school residents. 5). Strengthening character values.
