Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a crucial role in improving the quality of life of individuals, communities, and countries. Contributing to economic growth and walfare. The study will explain the importance of business independence as an individual’s ability to act and make decisions independently, which is influenced by product and innovation and interest in entrepreneur program is designed to instill an entrepreneurial spirit. Through three stages: pre-immersion, immersion and post immersion, which provide practical experience and development of entrepreneurial competencies. This program aims to equip students with managerial skills, soft skills and entrepreneurial experience, as well as reduce the level of educated unemployment. The results created are that students can build business that have a positive social impact and create value through effective resource management.
