Abstract

Radja Konveksi is a MSME that produces PDH uniforms(daily office clothes), shirts, printed t-shirts, workwear, blazers, jackets, lanyards, and flags. This MSME faces challenges in meeting its monthly sales target of 700 units. This study aims to formulate an effective marketing strategy to increase sales volume and achieve that target. The method employed is SWOT analysis, beginning with the identification and evaluation of internal and external factors using the IFAS and EFAS matrices. These factors are then mapped into a SWOT diagram to determine the appropriate marketing strategies. The research findings show the following factor scores: strength = 2,26; opportunity = 2,55, weakness = -1,47; and threat = -2,21. This places the company in Quadrant I (aggressive strategy), indicating the need to leverage its strengths and opportunities. The recommended strategies include improving product quality, diversifying product designs and materials, standardizing production lead time, setting competitive prices based on product type and quantity, expanding market reach, and encouraging costumer reviews through Google Maps ratings.
