Abstract
Relawan Gesit is an organization under the auspices of the Salam Setara Foundation that operates in the field of volunteerism. The Relawan Gesit network is currently spread across 35 cities in Indonesia, one of which is Solo. The current obstacle experienced by Relawan Gesit Solo is manual report management by re-recording reports submitted via WhatsApp groups into Google Spreadsheets, which is still prone to errors in recording and difficulty in accessing required data due to lack of organization. Thus, this requires a website-based information system that can automate report preparation, minimize errors, and accelerate access to relevant information. This study aims to develop an organizational performance reporting information system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, which helps manage data and reports easily. The system development process utilizes the waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This method was chosen because of its systematic and structured approach according to project needs that require complete specifications from the start. This study resulted in the successful development of the Relawan Gesit Solo activity reporting information system and its proper functioning. Testing results using the black box method showed that all features functioned as expected. Meanwhile, The System Usability Scale (SUS) test of 27 respondents involved produced an average value of 80.10 which is included in the ACCEPTABLE category, indicating that the system can be accepted by users. value of B and a GOOD rating for a very positive user experience.
