Abstract

This research discusses the marketing communications carried out by Wedangan Pendopo to attract consumer buying interest. Wedangan pendopo is one of the wedangan that is quite popular in Solo and sells well because of its uniqueness. The formulation of the problem in this research is how Wedangan Pendopo's marketing communications attract consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing communications carried out by Wedangan Pendopo so that it becomes a wedangan that is quite famous in Solo and attracts buyers' interest. The theory used is marketing communication theory. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the owner, waiter and consumen of Wedangan Pendopo. The results of this research show that the marketing communications carried out by Wedangan Pendopo were carried out effectively so that Wedangan Pendopo was able to attract consumers and become one of the famous wedangan in Solo.
