Abstract

A healthy lifestyle that combines physical activity and mental balance has become an essential need for modern society, especially amidst work pressure and busy daily routines. In Cirebon City, the availability of facilities that accommodate both fitness and relaxation needs in an integrated manner remains limited. This Wellness Center is designed as a solution, adopting a neuro-architectural approach to support holistic physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Located on a ±2,500 m² site in the Kesambi District, the design integrates fitness zones, spiritual relaxation spaces, and green open areas within one comprehensive complex. The architectural approach emphasizes natural lighting and ventilation, the use of natural materials, calming color schemes, and biophilic elements such as gardens and an aviary. Through intuitive spatial organization and a human-centered design concept, this Wellness Center is expected to become a public facility that enhances quality of life while strengthening the connection between the body, mind, and surrounding environment
