Abstract

Production is an activity to produce output by processing several production input factors, in production activities adequate labor and sufficient capital are needed to obtain maximum production results. This study aims to examine the determinants that affect the production output of Micro and Small Industries (IMK) in Central Java Province. The statistics used in this analysis include the number of industries, labor, investment, and GRDP, sourced from BPS from 2018 to 2022. The analysis approach is processed using EViews 12 software, with quantitative analysis methods. The model selection test in this study selected the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) model. The research findings show that the number of industries, labor, investment, and GRDP, both individually and collectively, affect IMK output. The factors of industry, labor, investment and GRDP have a significant positive influence on output because, if the amount of investment increases, it will be followed by growth in the number of industries, the number of workers absorbed more and increase GRDP.
