Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based administrative information system for Taekwondo Dojang Gentan, Sukoharjo. Currently, the management of member data, athlete achievements, and financial administration is still performed manually using paper, often resulting in data recording errors and losses. The proposed information system is designed to streamline athlete data management, monitor achievement progress, and assist parents in accessing information related to administration and payments online. The research employs the Waterfall system development methodology, comprising stages such as requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The system was tested using Black-Box testing to ensure that all functionalities operate as required. The results of the System Usability Scale questionnaire show the number 82, which means it is in the good category. Additionally, the system simplifies access for parents to monitor athletes’ progress and administrative statuses through an online platform. Overall, this information system effectively resolves previous manual issues and enhances management productivity at Taekwondo Dojang Gentan.
