Abstract
Videographers are professionals directly involved in visual documentation. This activity demands both cognitive and physical abilities simultaneously. This study aims to analyze the mental and physical workload experienced by videographers from the vendor Advis Creative Media. Two methods were used, namely the NASA-TLX method to measure mental workload through subjective perception, and the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method to measure physical workload through pulse data using a smartband device. The calculation results show that the highest NASA-TLX value is 83 (high category) with the dominant indicator of time requirements, while the average CVL is at 35.58% (moderate category). These results indicate that mental workload is more dominant than physical workload in carrying out duties as a videographer. This study is expected to be designing a work system that is more balanced between mental and physical aspects
