Abstract
Sarwopeni Barbershop is a hair cutting service business located in Pondok Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency. The high competition in the hair cutting service industry is one of the main factors for Sarwopeni Barbershop to improve service quality so that customers feel satisfied and provide recommendations for Sarwopeni Barbershop's services. Therefore, it is necessary to measure customer satisfaction regarding the service quality of Sarwopeni Barbershop to determine whether the services provided meet consumer expectations. This research aims to analyze the service quality at Sarwopeni Barbershop to have a better and more efficient service system. The method used in this research is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. QFD is a method used to interpret customer needs into services that meet customer desires. Based on the research results, a valid and reliable instrument was obtained, producing data on 10 customer desire attributes regarding the service quality of Sarwopeni Barbershop, which were analyzed to enhance customer satisfaction. The measurement of customer satisfaction shows that all statement attributes have a negative gap. The negative gap value indicates that the service provided has not yet met customer expectations, thus quality improvement is needed.
