Abstract
Problems in information systems related to inventory management in warehouses are a crucial aspect for both companies and individuals, as they play a role in recording and managing inventory data. Siti Store, which sells basic necessities, still records its inventory manually using paper media. This method often creates obstacles, such as inconsistencies in stock quantities, lost or scattered documents, and lengthy recording processes. As a result, Siti Store owners need more time to determine the condition of inventory availability, which ultimately hinders the smooth running of buying and selling activities. This research was conducted using a waterfall model approach in the system development process, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, as well as testing using black box and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The results of the black box test showed that all functions ran well according to the usage scenario without any errors found. Meanwhile, the UAT test on 30 respondents resulted in a score of 88%, which is included in the good category. This indicates that the developed system is well received by users and has the potential to improve inventory management at Siti Store to be better and more structured.
