Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy, work-life balance, and social support on turnover intention among working mothers. The background of this research is based on the increasing number of working mothers facing pressure in fulfilling dual roles as employees and household managers. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through electronic questionnaires distributed to working mothers. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results indicate that self-efficacy, work-life balance, and social support have both partial and simultaneous effects on turnover intention. Among these variables, social support plays a significant role in reducing turnover intention among working mothers. The study concludes that managing work-life balance, enhancing self-efficacy, and providing social support from both the work environment and family are essential to improving female employee retention.
