Abstract

The increasing rate of population growth and population density needs to be balanced with adequate healthcare services. Pekalongan Regency has a population growth rate from 2020 to 2023 of 1.19 percent per year, thus with the increasing growth rate, it is necessary to balance it with the availability of adequate healthcare facilities. Therefore, a study was conducted aimed at analyzing the distribution patterns and accessibility of healthcare facilities in Pekalongan Regency in 2024. Data collection was conducted secondarily through related agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency and the Health Office of Pekalongan Regency. The methods used in this study are the nearest neighbor analysis method to identify distribution patterns and spatial analysis in the form of buffer (radius) techniques to analyze service reach according to the SNI 03-1733-2004 standards, which are divided into several coverage radius scenarios. The research results reveal the distribution of health facilities consisting of 26 public health centers, 6 hospitals, 9 clinics, 16 private practice doctors which have a uniform distribution pattern (Dispresed), and 42 assistant public health centers that have a random distribution pattern. An analysis of the accessibility of health facilities and buffer maps (radius) for each type of health facility was created to determine the coverage level of each health facility in Pekalongan Regency.
