Abstract

The uneven distribution of traditional markets in Sukoharjo Regency and inadequate accessibility results in less effective continuity of economic activities for the community. Other factors contributing to this issue include the distance of traditional markets from residential areas an d the poor condition of the roads. The objective of this research is to analyze the distribution pattern of traditional markets and to analyze the accessibility of traditional markets in Sukoharjo Regency. This study uses a nearest neighbor analysis method and descriptive analysis. The results of this research include a map of the distribution of traditional markets in Sukoharjo Regency, which has a random distribution pattern. The accessibility analysis shows that there are 12 traditional markets classified as fairly easy based on interviews with sellers. Additionally, there are 14 traditional markets classified as fairly easy based on interviews with buyers.
