Abstract

This research is based on the end of the era that is progressing and developing rapidly with the help of increasingly blind technology in shaking up its sophistication and intelligence in performance, worthy of all humans, all of which are aimed at the influence of globalization on the development and formation of children and adolescents' characters. Therefore, religious character education is very important in this era, in order to become the basis of faith in humans to face the chaos of the end of time and the challenges of life that are increasingly complicated. Instilling religious character education in someone requires a special strategy, in order to make it more interesting and easy to understand. This study aims to describe the efforts, schools in, strategies for internalizing religious character education towards students, MTs Al-Islam Gondangrejo Karanganyar. This study uses a qualitative research method which is a type of field research, with a phenomenological approach, namely the method of collecting data with observation, interviews and documentation, the Validity Test of the data tested in this study using data triangulation techniques, sources and techniques. Data analysis by collecting data, data reduction, data presentation, then providing conclusions The results of this study indicate that the internalization strategy of religious character education for students has several strategies wrapped in a school activity, such as exemplary strategies, habits that include morning dhikr, prayer, dhuha, reading iqra, congregational dhubut prayer. Thursday tahfidz (verse deposit), and given mutaba ab cards for daily monitoring of students at home, then learning and parable strategies, advice giving strategies. (mauidzeh), giving reewerd and punishment, and discipline, In research that focuses on the internalization strategy of religious character education. for students, it is not far from the existence of supporting and inhibiting factors in internalizing it, Supporting factors for the program that is being attempted by the school are parents who care about their children's education, the active role of teachers and mutual cooperation, the development of modern technology, peers, and the local community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of self-awareness of some students in participating in environmental character education, families who do not support it and facilities and infrastructure that are inadequate for the number of students.
