Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the work environment, rewards and work stress on the performance of PT employees. Indo Bharat Rayo CS2 Factory. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Indo Bharat Rayo CS2 Plant and a sample of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that the work environment and reward variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work stress variable partially does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The influence of the work environment, rewards and work stress on employee performance is 81.1%.
