Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training, career development, and work environment on employee performance. The research method used is a qtuantitative method that reveals research results with data in the form of numbers. The data collection method in this study uses primary data sources in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Arvindo Saranamedia Indonesia Jakarta with a sample size of 60 employees with total sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing in this study uses PLS analysis techniques using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, this study can be concluded that: there is an influence of training, career development, and work environment on employeeperformance.
