Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage on Financial Distress in tourism sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. The test used in this study is multiple regression test. The data used is secondary data with a sample of 25 companies (100 Data). The results of the study indicate that the Profitability variable does not have a significant effect on Financial Distress. The Liquidity variable has a significant effect on Financial Distress. While the Leverage variable does not have a significant effect on Financial Distress.
