Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of fanaticism on aggressive behavior on Persis Solo football supporters. The method used is an associative approach with a quantitative method. Through a questionnaire that was distributed and determined the criteria for the sample to be used as a research sample, where 100 respondents were obtained who met the criteria and finally it will be processed and analyzed using SmartPLS. Against this background, aggressive behaviour from supporters in Indonesia has become a growing concern, including riots between supporters, vandalism in and outside the stadium, as well as insults and boos. The results of the study are that the relationship between fanaticism and the aggressive attitude of PERSIS Solo supporters has a positive relationship direction and fanaticism has an indirect influence on the aggressive variables of PERSIS Solo football supporters. However, basically fanaticism is directly influenced by the variables of interest/love and duration. Meanwhile, the aggressiveness of PERSIS Solo supporters is directly influenced by attitude and motivation variables. This is shown by the results of the analysis in the p values (critical ratio) table and the original sample values obtained from the bootstrapping process. A p value of < 0.05 indicates that there is a direct or indirect influence while a p value of > 0.05 indicates no direct or indirect influence.
