Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personal technical skills, job training programs, and top management support on the performance of the Accounting Information System (AIS) at Bank Jateng Syariah Surakarta. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis on data obtained from questionnaires distributed to the bank's employees. The findings indicate that personal technical skills and job training programs significantly affect AIS performance, whereas top management support does not have a significant impact. These results highlight the importance of human resource management, particularly in enhancing employees' technical skills and designing more effective training programs tailored to the organization's needs to optimize AIS performance.
