Abstract

The undercarriage is the undercarriage of a crawler tracktor that functions to hold the load, steer, and support the unit. This analysis aims to determine the types of damage, and the causes of damage to the KOBELCO SK200-5 Excavator Undercarriage, as well as take corrective steps on damaged parts. The damage that occurs to the Undercarriage on the KOBELCO SK200-5 Excavator unit is to the sprocket, due to teeth sprocket that have been damaged due to wear. CarrierRoller, damaged due to wear and causing no tight on the roller. The idler who experiences into the complaint, resulting in oblak on the idler. This is known during examination after disassembly. The repair made to the sprocket is to replace the old sprocket with a new sprocket, the carrier roller cannot be repaired because there are parts that have been destroyed therefore replaced with a new carrier roller, and the idler is replaced with a new idler.
