Abstract

Hydraulic Bucket is a hydraulic system actuator in the form of a cylinder which is located in the Bucket section. The function of the hydraulic bucket is to lift and lower material. Bucket components include ball bearings, cylinder heads, piston rods, pistons, piston seals, brake bushings. The bucket movement system is regulated by the in and out valves found on the control valve. Fluid will flow from the outlet valve and press on the piston. This analysis aims to determine the redesign of the LG 855N hydraulic bucket wheel loader, analyze and calculate the force on the cylinder arm, and find out how to redesign the LG 855N hydraulic bucket wheel loader. This is carried out by visually inspecting the hydraulic bucket and continuing with disassembly to determine the redesign of the hydraulic bucket. Based on observations after the dismantling process, namely by measuring the dimensions using a caliper on the hydraulic bucket, designing the hydraulic bucket components using solid work applications and calculating what happens to the pump pressure, the total volume of hydraulic oil, the flow rate, the force on the LG wheel loader hydraulic bucket 855 N.
