Abstract
This study aims to analyze the adversity quotient, self-efficacy, and business strategy models that can improve the performance of young entrepreneurs through the Independent Entrepreneurship Program. The Independent Entrepreneurship Program is a government-sponsored independent campus program to provide opportunities for students who are interested in entrepreneurship.Improving the performance of young entrepreneurs can be done by using the adversity quotient, self-efficacy, and business strategy models as confidence in their abilities and the management of my available resources for the long term in a business. The results are that the adversity quotient, self-efficacy, and business strategy models can improve the performance of young entrepreneurs through the Independent Entrepreneurship Program.This encourages the development of business strategies in entrepreneurship to improve company performance as an effort to create broad employment opportunities through structured and targeted entrepreneurship programs.
