Abstract
The development of the population and its activities will have an impact on the development of the region with an increase in the need for facilities, both public facilities and social facilities. Usually the needs of the population increase along with the rise in population. One of them is the health need which is an important factor in maintaining human survival. So it is necessary to have research and analysis carried out as a means for the government to make policies on providing health facilities to realize optimal and efficient services using Geographic Information System technology. This research aims to identify the pattern of distribution and reach of health facilities to residential areas using the reference regulations of SNI-03-1733-2004 concerning Procedures for Planning Residential Environments in Urban Areas. The method used in this research uses the nearest neighbor analysis method for facility distribution patterns and the buffer method for facility coverage using ArcGis10.8 software as a starting point for determining the results of research objectives. The results obtained show that in Cilacap Regency the overall health facility distribution pattern has an unevenly distributed pattern (random) with a ratio value of 0.92 this is because hospital and puskesmas health facilities tend to be located in sub-district areas that have a high population and in areas close to the center of government. Each of the health facilities has a different distribution pattern. Hospital health facilities have a clustered pattern with a ratio value of 0.68, this is because hospital health facilities tend to be located in the central government area, availability of easy accessibility facilities, and economic centers. Puskesmas health facilities have an evenly distributed pattern (dispersed) with a ratio value of 1.14. This is because puskesmas health facilities are the first aid facilities before hospitals. The reach of health facilities results in 55% of the total 100% of settlement areas in Cilacap Regency. The population coverage by health facilities is 1,185,102 people out of the total population of Cilacap Regency of 2,007,829 people.
