Abstract

Suppliers, both individuals and companies, are entities that provide goods or services to other parties according to previously agreed specifications and criteria. FB Sparepart Store, which has been established since 1985 in Kradenan, Grobogan Regency, is one of the stores that specializes in selling four-wheeled spare parts such as trucks or minibuses. One of the advantages of this store is the system of availability or ordering spare parts that uses the make to order method. The purpose of this study is to determine the selection of suppliers using the AHP method, identify the hierarchical structure of the Sparepart Store, identify product quality after delivery, provide suggestions for improvements to the Store through the calculation of the weight of each criterion and supplier carried out after the study. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is a method used to determine decisions made hierarchically and then weighting the criteria and alternatives used. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out using the assistance of Expert Choice software and Microsoft Excel to evaluate the performance of supplier selection. Alternative supplier weights for each quality criteria supplier A is superior compared to other suppliers, with a weight of 0.348 and supplier D gets the lowest value on the quality criteria with a weight of 0.077. This delivery criterion supplier A is superior compared to other suppliers with a weight of 0.33 and suppliers E and F get the lowest weight of 0.084. Supplier A is superior in the cost criteria with a weight of 0.278 while the lowest weight is in supplier E with a weight of 0.12. While the warranty & policy criteria supplier A is superior with a weight of 0.379 compared to suppliers D, E, and F have the lowest weight of 0.069. While in the service criteria supplier A is superior with a weight of 0.291 compared to suppliers D, E, and F have the lowest weight of 0.106.
