Abstract

Crime cases such as theft often occur in residential environments, the factor that makes the residential environment prone to theft is from manual access to and from residential environments, by relying only on portals without security. With technological advances that are beginning to develop, it is hoped that such problems can be solved with the technology developed, this technology can be operated using fingerprint sensors that only require fingerprints that have been registered. This automatic portal system uses the ESP32 and ESP8266 features as the microcontroller, and the Motor Servo functions as an automatic portal bar drive, to access the automatic portal bar of the entrance section using a Keypad that functions to type the menu in the OLED. In OLED there are 3 menu options, where the first menu functions to access the fingerprint sensor, to open and close the portal bar, while in the second menu it is used as an alarm in each house, besides that the keypad on the second menu there is a menu to type the house number to be addressed, if there are guests who want to enter the residential environment, so that the alarm in the house will turn on and the homeowner will come to open the portal, and the last one there is a menu to add a fingerprint ID, if in a residential environment there is a new resident of the house, for this system there is an RTC and Micro SD Card which functions to manage the time and store user access data when accessing the Fingerprint Sensor, So that it can reduce the risk of theft because only people in the residential environment can access it, for the automatic portal in the residential exit access section is almost the same as the portal in the residential entrance, which is different only in the residential exit access portal there is no alarm and there is also no RTC and Micro SD card on the system.
