Abstract
This study looks at how four factors namely production, land area, FFB price, and the number of palm oil companies, affect the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) of the agricultural sector in Indonesia between 2018-2023. This study uses panel data analysis on the five largest palm oil producing provinces, using data from the Ministry of Agriculture and BPS. The Fixed Effect Model was selected as the best model based on the results of the Chow and Hausman tests. The findings of the analysis show that agricultural GRDP is significantly influenced by production and FFB price, but not by land area and number of firms. To maximize the sector's contribution to the national economy, these results highlight the importance of policies that support stable FFB prices, production efficiency, and sustainable palm oil management.
