Abstract

The quality of health services at the Rita Sekuro Jepara Midwife Clinic, as in many other clinics, still has room to improve services. One thing that needs to be considered is managing patient medical records using manual methods using books to record patient data. The following research aims to design a website-based medical record information system to overcome problems such as difficulties in searching for data and manually recording data as well as making it easier to search for patient data, recapitulate patient data, and manage clinical data. This system development uses the Laravel framework with a MySQL database with the PHP programming language. The method used for system development is Waterfall. Features of the system include patient registration, recording medical data, and generating reports. The black box testing results show that the system can function well. User acceptance testing (UAT) resulted in a success rate of 88.2%, indicating that the system met most user needs.
