Abstract
The Indonesian government has prioritized a national development strategy that emphasizes rural development as a means to combat poverty and promote equitable growth. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Sembukan Village on poverty alleviation in the community. This study uses a qualitative description method. The results show that over the past three years, the poverty rate in Sembukan Village has decreased, which is due to effective budget utilization and community participation in development initiatives. However, challenges remain, including data accuracy and the need for continuous improvement in budget management practices. This study underscores the importance of local governance in poverty reduction efforts and the need for continued support from higher levels of government.
