Abstract
Sempor Reservoir is one of the attractions that attracts local tourists in Kebumen Regency. The increase in the number of tourists at Sempor Reservoir does not mean that visitors are satisfied with the services and facilities provided. There are complaints of dissatisfaction posted by some tourists on Google reviews and also in the field. This study aims to analyze the level of tourist satisfaction with Sempor Reservoir destinations and analyze priority sectors in improving the quality of Sempor Reservoir tourist destinations The methods used are Customer Satisfaction Index and Improtance Performance Analysis. The results showed that the CSI results for Sempor Reservoir tourism based on attractions were 72.65%, the accessibility attribute was 68.01%, and the amenity attribute was 68.00%. This percentage is included in the satisfied category. The main priority results of priority sectors in improving the quality of Sempor Reservoir tourist destinations are the beauty of tourist attractions, the diversity of water recreation, signposts to tourist attractions, parking lots available at tourist sites, and the price of food offered. Strategies that need to be done to improve the quality of Sempor Reservoir tourism are reforestation, the addition of types of water recreation such as speed jet skis and banana boats, enlarging the size of the letters on the signpost, expanding parking lots, adding budget tour packages, and some discounts on certain days or dates for food and drinks.
