Abstract
E-commerce is the sale or purchase of goods or services, which is done through the Internet network designed for the purpose of receiving or making orders. Goods or services can be ordered using online methods, but payment and delivery for goods or services do not have to be online. Lazada is one of the most popular e-commerce by consumers, because of the features presented by Lazada which always innovate differently at every moment.
