Abstract

In the era of globalization, children often face new challenges in the formation of character values that can have both positive and negative impacts. The cultivation of character values in children or students has an undeniable urgency in preparing future generations in the midst of the growing influence of globalization. One of the activity programs carried out in character building is through Hasthalaku which is implemented in the form of the Adipangastuti School program initiated by Solo Bersimfoni. The good management of the Sekolah Adipangastuti program is the background of the research. The research objectives are (1) to describe the planning of the Adipangastuti school activity program in Surakarta City High School; (2) to describe the implementation of the Adipangastuti school activity program in Surakarta City High School; (3) to describe the evaluation of the Adipangastuti school activity program in Surakarta City High School. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the research are: (1) program planning has been carried out well, which is carried out by the Adipangastuti team with Solo Bersimfoni by including determining the vision/mission of the program, forming the Adipangastuti school team, preparing work programs and budgets, team coordination and program socialization; (2) program implementation is the realization of the program that has been prepared including the implementation of programs through learning (intra-curricular and co-curricular), extracurricular, podcasts and social media, habituation and acculturation, as well as special or incidental activities such as making jingles, hasthalaku competitions, exhibitions/performances/festivals, making and publishing books; (3) program evaluation is carried out internally by the adipangastuti team with 100% achievement results for SMA Negeri 1 and 6 Surakarta and 95% for SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta while externally together with Solo Bersimfoni with 98% results for SMA Negeiri 1 Surakarta, 72% for SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta and 84% for SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta. In addition, there are process and result evaluations. The process evaluation assessed the activities went well and smoothly, while the results were 100% for SMA Negeri 1 and 6 Surakarta and 95% for SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta. The conclusion is that the Adipangastuti school program management in SMA Negeri 1, 6, and 7 Surakarta is well implemented including planning, implementation, and program evaluation.
