Abstract

This research aims to identify the 4A components (touris attractoins, amenities, accessibility, ancilary) of the Kalisuci Cave tourist attraction ini Kapanewon Semanu, Gunungkidul Regency and analyze the strategy for developing the Kalisuci Cave tourist attraction in Kapanewon Semanu, Gunungkidul Regency using SWOT IFAS EFAS Analysis. This research uses observation interviews abd documentation methods. This research used 35 informants including tourism managers, village heads, visitors and business actors. Carried out using the accidental sampling method. The analysis techniques used in this research are SWOT IFAS EFAS. The results of this research show that the tourist attraction component is in quadrant I, which means it is in a aggresive position with results (X 2.83 and Y 0). Then the accesibility component is in quadrant II, which means it is in the Diversification position with values (X 1.31 and Y -0,12). Furthermore, the amenities component is in quadrant II, which means it is in a diversification position with a values ( X 1.19 and Y -0,21). The last one is that the ansilari component is in quadrant III, which means it is in a position to change strategy with a value ( X -0,3 and Y 1.51).
