Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational commitment and leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Nesia Pan Pasific Clothing in Ngadirjo. This research is a type of quantitative research, the sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Nesia Pan Pasific Clothing who have met the requirements and the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 50 people. Source of data used in this research is primary data. The measurement scale used in this study is 5 Likert scale. Data analysis used SPSS version 20. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
