Abstract
The aims of this research and development are to 1) Develop Student worksheets based on STEM in sequences and series material to measure the critical thinking skills of class X students, 2) Test the feasibility and practicality of Student worksheets based on STEM in sequences and series material to measure the critical thinking skills of class X students, and 3) test the validity and reliability of Student worksheets based on STEM in sequences and series material as a means of measuring the level of students' critical thinking skills. The implementation was carried out on class X students at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Boyolali. The results of the research evaluation showed that the resulting product was feasible to use with a percentage of 97% (very feasible), 97% practicality (very practical) and each item was valid and reliable. Class X students at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Boyolali have an average level of moderate critical thinking ability.
