Abstract
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the company PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk for the period 2018-2020 if measured using the Market Value Added (MVA) method. This type of research is quantitative research, the population in this study is a food and beverage industrial manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the sample of this research is PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation in the form of the annual financial statements of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk period 2018-2020. The method of measuring the company's financial performance is based on value creation using the MVA method. The results of this study indicate the value of MVA>0 means the value of the company PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk is greater than the invested capital, meaning that the company is able to create added value, so that the company's financial performance is said to be good.
